This isnt actually Roll, but very similar. This is one of the girls for the Legends 3 Project that keiji inafune drew. Unless this was instead chosen as an alternate design for Roll...but last i checked (when i was at the Comic Con panel that revealed this) shes just the third heroine for legends 3
