Oh god, I loled.
This is the scene in Rebuild 1 where Shinji rescues Rei from the plug after they kill the Angel using a Positron Cannon and Rei's Eva crashes. She says "I don't know what to do in this situation" or something to that effect and Shiji says "just smile" to her.
It's a creepy pic though. She smiled much better in the actual movie. xD
